Because it is handmade, it sometimes happens that not enough glue has been used, causing one (or more) wheels to come loose. With a little wood glue, you can glue the parts back together so that the children can play with it again (after it has dried for at least 48 hours).
You can also request a free "First Aid Kit" from us, which contains a small bottle of special wood glue and brief instructions (you can see this kit in the 2nd photo).
