Panda oil pastels release colour easily and have paper wrappers to protect hands from stains. These vibrant pastels can be used on their own or in combination with various techniques, including gouache, watercolour, and the "repulsion technique" with Ecoline.
All Panda colours comply with European safety standards for toys.
