Elke puck kan worden geactiveerd door erop te tikken of erover te vegen, wat eindeloze trainingsvariaties mogelijk maakt. Ze worden bediend via een gratis app en bevatten 16 vooraf ingestelde trainingen, met de mogelijkheid om je eigen trainingen samen te stellen. Je kunt meerdere pods met elkaar verbinden en ze gebruiken in combinatie met diverse accessoires, wat eindeloze trainingsvariaties biedt.
De pucks zijn waterbestendig (niet geschikt voor gebruik in de regen) en beschikken over oplaadbare batterijen die 8–10 uur meegaan.
